3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (the “host”): Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. The host processes personal data transmitted via this website (e.g. IP addresses, request metadata) on our behalf and exclusively in accordance with our instructions, on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of our website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address (anonymised / truncated where possible)
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR for the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website.
4. Contact form & email
If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, your details (including the name, email address, company and message you provide) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Messages are relayed through our email service provider, Hostinger International Ltd., which processes the message contents on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and/or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We do not pass this data on to any other third party without your consent and retain it only for as long as necessary, unless statutory retention periods apply. 5. Appointment booking (Calendly)
To book a consultation you may use our scheduling tool provided by Calendly LLC. When you schedule an appointment, the data you enter (such as your name, email address and chosen time) is processed by Calendly on our behalf. Use of Calendly is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR. 6. Cookies & local storage
Our website uses only essential/functional browser storage by default, for example to remember your cookie-consent choice. This storage is strictly necessary for the website to function and does not require consent. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are only set after you actively consentvia our cookie banner, on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing this site's storage in your browser.
7. Web analytics (Google Analytics)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and may transmit usage data to Google. We have activated IP anonymisation, so your IP address is truncated within the EU/EEA before transmission.
