Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us. These are:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address (anonymised / truncated where possible)

This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR for the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website.

4. Contact form & email

If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, your details (including the name, email address, company and message you provide) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Messages are relayed through our email service provider, Hostinger International Ltd., which processes the message contents on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and/or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We do not pass this data on to any other third party without your consent and retain it only for as long as necessary, unless statutory retention periods apply. To book a consultation you may use our scheduling tool provided by Calendly LLC. When you schedule an appointment, the data you enter (such as your name, email address and chosen time) is processed by Calendly on our behalf. Use of Calendly is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
